In order to maintain our reputation and image among customers and users, and continuously improve the quality and service of our products, we Onesun Technology (shenzhen) Ltd. (“ONESUN”) declare the following quality assurance for all ONESUN products: Standard Warranty Period The warranty period varies from product to product and from series to series. The specific warranty period depends on the product model and the notes on the quotations and contracts. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery. If the order for each model of battery is more than 100 pieces, we will provide 1% of the spare parts. For product quality issues caused by non-human factors, we will provide main boards and accessories free of charge according to the product specifications and installation specifications, and the buyer will solve the maintenance problems locally. Under This Warranty Installation and use conditions: Refer to product manual Warranty Policies In case of the machine fails or does not work due to its own quality issues during the warranty period, please contact ONESUN after-sales (which you can obtain through ONESUN’s website, User Manual, etc.). After you provide the product warranty card, ONESUN after-sales team (or its authorized third-party service provider or dealer) will register the product information and fault information you provided and handle the fault in a timely manner. For end users, please contact your installer or ONESUN’s authorize dealer firstly to address your problems. If the product fails, please provide the following information or documents, which will help ONESUN’s after-sales service team to deal with the machine problems: 1) Model No. and Serial Number (SN) 2) Error messages (if any, please provide pictures) on the display, and other descriptive error messages; 3) Details of the machine’s working system (including components, electrical connections, etc); 4) Previous wrong error messages (if any, please offer pictures); If a quality problem occurs within the standard warranty period, ONESUN will resolve the problem in the following ways, according to the actual situation: 1)Offer remote online services for answering questions and guidance, or upgrading software. 2)The machine returned to our factory for inspection and repair. 3) Offer parts or products for on-site replacement (If the above three methods still cannot solve the problem, ONESUN will arrange corresponding parts or products to ensure the normal operation of the machine. ONESUN can provide equivalent product to replace discontinued products). Remarks： 1) ONESUN reserves the right to charge service fee after the final confirmation of non-product quality problem after returning to the factory. The charging standard is subject to the quotation. 2) During the warranty period, the replaced machine will automatically extend the remaining warranty time of the faulty machine. 3) Please keep the purchase invoice properly for future use. If the machine or its parts need to be shipped back,be sure to pack them in original or equivalent style. 4) ONESUN has the right to arrange third-party service providers to offer you after-sales service within the warranty period. 5) During the standard warranty period, ONESUN will bear the cost of maintenance labor and materials due to the quality of the machine, but not other direct of indirect losses. Warranty Disclaimer Machine problems caused by the following circumstances are not covered by ONESUN’s standard warranty, and the repair charge is subject to the quotation: 1)The product has exceeded the warranty period (except for extended warranty service signed by both parties). 2)Failure to operate according to user manual or related installation and maintenance requirements, and failure or damage caused by operating environment, storage or use not specified by the product, including installation distance, ventilation, waterproof cap, etc. 3) Disassemble, repair or modify the machine without ONESUN’s authorization. 4) Failure and damage caused by unforeseeable or human factors or force majeure, including but not limited to earthquake, tsunami, stormy weather, flood, lighting, lightning strike,over voltage, over current, over power, insect infestation, fire, theft and inability to monitor due to no signal or weak signal of communication operators. 5) Fragile and consumable parts (such as fuses, lighting shielding modules). 6) Malfunction caused by modifying the product, changing the design or replacing the parts, and accessing to the incompatible third-party software incompatible, without ONESUN’s authorization. 7) Deliberately destroy or stain, make indelible marks (such as paint) ,etc. 8) Normal wear and tear. 9) The product does not match the user manual. 10) Improper use by the user and failure to use in accordance with the correct safety requirements （like CE, local, international standards). 11) The machine fails to work properly due to access to other brands ’ products (such as DC analog power); 12) Faults caused by transportation (including scratches and deformation of casing caused by movement of packaged products during transportation). 13) Products stipulated in the contract for trial, testing, training or display purposed only. 14) Rust corrosion on the machine shell due to harsh environment. 15) Unstable power grid. 16) After a product failure occurs, the user is unable to provide fault information, or fails to provide fault information according to ONEESUN guidelines. Service Beyond the Standard Warranty Period For products outside the standard warranty period, if customers require ONESUN to provide repair services or other related solutions, ONESUN will charge the relevant fees, as specified in the quotation. The low-voltage series of the All-in-one Energy Storage System can be extended, the battery modules are connected in parallel, and the voltage difference between the old and new battery modules does not exceed 3V to ensure the consistency of the modules. The high-voltage stack of the All-in-one Energy Storage System cannot be expanded later, and the high-voltage battery belongs to the series connection, and the software does not support it. From the beginning of the order, it is necessary to select and debug well and set parameters. All-IN-ONE system integrates the solar inverter, Mppt, lithium batteries into one set. Key factors: illumination duration, load size, battery backup duration, and whether the battery is connected to the grid. For example: Load 3KW, The load operates at full time during the 7Hrs light period, Run 10Hrs at non-light time, With only photovoltaic as input, If it rains the next day, consider mains or diesel generators.
