As the first checkpoint of the production line, it employs high-precision four-wire Kelvin probes combined with industrial test instruments (such as Hioki BT3561A). Voltage measurement accuracy reaches ±1 mV, internal resistance accuracy ±0.1 mΩ, with production capacity of 120–720 cells/hour. Seamless integration with MES systems ensures electrochemical consistency of battery cells.

Cell Stacking & Servo Compression Station

Utilizes servo-electric compression with pressure range reaching 5–50 tons and positioning precision ±0.1 mm. Closed-loop control ensures uniform surface pressure, providing high-precision prestress constraints perfectly suited to accommodate cyclic expansion requirements of 50 Ah–314 Ah energy storage cells.

Fiber Optic Laser Welding Machine

Equipped with 3000–6000 W high-power fiber laser and CCD vision tracking system, fusion depth reaches 3.6 mm, welding precision ±0.05 mm. Under active protection with nitrogen (N₂) or argon (Ar), achieves high-quality welds with extremely low contact resistance.

Final EOL Inspection & Hi-Pot Safety Testing

Supports voltage ranging from 12–1000 V and dynamic/static pulse current testing up to 600 A, comprehensively verifying BMS protection and busbar contact resistance. Hi-Pot insulation withstand voltage test range 0–5000 V, ensures insulation resistance reaches 1000 MΩ, completely eliminating leakage and fire hazards.
